1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of this website and the services offered by Sachyx Digital Agency. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes & scope
Every project starts with an agreed scope, timeline and price. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before work begins, so there are no surprise charges.
3. Deposits & payment
Small edits typically require no advance and are paid on delivery. Larger projects may require a 50% deposit before work starts, with the balance due on completion.
4. Revisions
Each plan or quote includes a stated number of revision rounds per deliverable. Further revisions are available at an agreed rate.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables are handed over for your business use. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
6. Third-party services
Some services (such as carrier unlocks or software activation) depend on third-party systems and tools. We do our best to deliver reliably, but we cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
We deliver our work with care and to the agreed specification. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of our deliverables beyond the value paid for the specific service.
